I do not watch MLP. I did not watch it when it was out either. But I'm just thinking about the time it was running when I was little, and it's kind of crazy to think that kids from 2010 and onwards growing up might be seeing MLP threads and MLP related memes and like, not recognising them. Or understand why they are hated. In fact, I feel like "brony" culture as a whole is either probably going to become unsustainable or it'll completely fall into autismobscurity, if it hasn't already, as picrel was the foundational standard for it.

What are your thoughts? Personally I feel like people posting MLP threads on the sharty are either baiters or larpers, as I find it very hard to believe that there are people on here who are constantly rewatching a dead show. It def. makes for good bait, but overall I think it'll become ineffective at some point due to its impending cultural death.

What I want is an anti-romcom. It would be tricky to pack it all into one film, but just basically take women's fantasies and draw them to their logical conclusions, show what really happens.

A woman gets two men to fight over her, what happens? Either murder suicide or both guys find other girls who aren't fucking some other dude.

A woman falls for a bad boy with neck tattoos fresh out of prison, she goes on and on about how dangerous he is and how much he doesn't care about her, then the second he sees her as a problem or impediment to him he just kills her. Maybe chasing a violent sociopath was a bad idea.

We follow the life path of a girl who just never thought any man was good enough for her, so she just keeps getting more degrees, and getting higher level jobs where she doesn't actually do anything, and belittling any man who talks to her for making less or not having as many degrees while he points out his tax dollars are paying for her lifestyle and she went through college on scholarships men can't get, and all the while she just keeps getting older and uglier and more bitter as men stopped pursuing her at all around 26.

Just focus on the real world consequences of pursuing these fantasies.

I've never once seen it be posted on about. But honestly the "Spider-Verse" style, while yes I know it's been here for years even before the movie, is getting old, movies like the new Smurfs just looked so bad and brimmy.
Personally in my opinion the first movie is a gem, and has good animation, and a great ost even doe sunflower is a troony pop song. The second one has like some good scenes n sheiit. But sucks and has shittier animation.

Nothing in it makes any sense, it repeatedly contradicts itself in regards to the multiversal mechanics and canon events just to spite the fans (for example how Peter Darker's universe didn't collapse when he ripped off the actual Spider-Man's origin and got bit by that spider, even when 2099 said it would cause an incursion that would've destroyed that universe like what happened to his but it never occurs), and all of the Peter Parkers of the multiverse, who are all supposed to be geniuses, are made to be inept and unable to figure out the holes in this plan, in order to force more attention onto Peter Darker who no one gives a shit about which is why all of the products centered around him fail spectacularly.
