Just beat the game last night, here are my thoughts that everybaldi cares about, most of the shit I'm complaining about will probably be fixed as the game is still in early access
<RedditThe Biodiversity for hostile fauna is extremely small, most of the early biomes in the game just use the Nibbler Mango and Marrowbreach, I'm hoping more hostile fauna is added into the early game to spice up the biomes
<Some biomes in the game seem too similar to one another, the entire first portion of the map, with the exception of the graveyard, anemone hills, and thee shallows, feel extremely similar. the later game biomes don't suffer as much from this.
<The creature design is amazing, the emphasis on crustaceans and corals really makes this game stand out from its predecessor, going forward, I would love to see more cephalopod representation.
<The collector leviathan is ALMOST perfect, the only changes I would make is to increase its detection range, and to allow it to use it's appendages to grab players hiding in narrow spaces, this would make the collector a lot more of a threat, and make the trek to the observatory much more dangerous than it is now.
