Francisco Franco told me in a dream I had about fighting in the Spanish Civil War that corruption is the greatest disability a nation can have, and it got me thinking.
Through my life I've made friends with people of many ideologies (mainly from the HOI4 community) and I've noticed that one thing that's common, whether in the most right or left wing groups is that they hate
(((those))) big lobbying groups, I've met nationalists who hated lobbying groups supporting H1-B visas, I've met socialists who hated anti-healthcare lobbyists, I know millenials who hate Obama because he bowed to bank lobbyists. The one thing these groups had in common was that they absolutely
hated corruption.
Younger people (16-25), like you, like me, have more in common with other younger people than we do with the big wigs of whatever political party we support. If you bite your tongue for a little bit and are willing to shake hands, there will be plenty of mutual agreement to be found. My proposition to you is this, make some sort of compromise with more moderate left wingers to push a basic democratic reform agenda.
I've had talks with some friends of mine, who're mostly nationalists save for one liberal who've seen these ideas so far, heres what I have.
