https://nyaa.land/view/1951724 #1 is a very old release that's been out for a long time; it was the standard HnK experience for a long time. Pretty bad quality, but the translation "sounds" good. No idea about accuracy, but the way the lines are written/structured feels natural.
#2 is newer and much higher quality, and translation is somewhat similar to 1.
#3 is the highest quality and the font is more normal-looking than 2, however the translation is rather different and seems lacking somehow and doesn't flow as smoothly. And while the manga is complete since 1988, that particular Viz release so far has only the first 16 volumes; it's missing the remaining 2 because they haven't been released yet by Viz – they're coming later this year.
Read it with the MangaMeeya program (v2.4), the only comic reader you should be using:

See these webms. For those who've never seen City Hunter, here's the context:
The 2:13 webm is from an episode where a crazy tranny locks women up in the basement of his mansion because he's jealous of them because they're real women and feels threatened by their beauty and because women have ridiculed him his whole life. In a humorous plot-twist he's exposed as a tranny. And the main character Ryo feels absolutely disgusted by that tranny. In the 1:35 webm Ryo is pretending to be a teacher and doesn't want the long-haired girl to know he already has a girl in his home hence tries hiding her from view and when she's spotted calls her his brother, which necessitates him later saying it's a tranny. That's part of a jokey theme throughout City Hunter of her getting "bullied" by Ryo and others, and by the situations written for her, for not being hot and for having smallish tits; her getting called a man and mistaken for a man is a recurring joke.
Of course that sort of stuff isn't unique to City Hunter. It was pretty standard for anime at the time, and for a long time, to make fun of degenerate freaks and correctly portray them as abnormal and as bad guys. In Dragon Ball (not Z) there's the faggot enemy character General Blue for instance. And even the much later (2002/1999) Azumanga Daioh has, as a joke character, a dyke who's denied by the author any success with her love interest (and she's consistently ignored by her), and has zero character depth with her entire character consisting of "I'm a girl that likes a girl." (an accurate representation of gays who make their gayness into their entire personality), and gets bullied by one of the teachers (who's basically the original or proto gaping-mouth soyjak) who'd like to correctively rape her (he only talks to her, but traditionally in Japanese society in the past it was common practice to rape dykes to fix them, and that wasn't only socially acceptable but expected and encouraged, and that idea, of corrective rape, or in other words that it's up to the man to fix the broken woman, is what his interactions with her is playing on). There's some other famous anime where one of the main characters like in City Hunter encounters a tranny and gets all disgusted by the creature (can't remember which anime but I think it's from between 1997 and 2001). And there's plenty of animes where the badguys are faggots or dykes, to make them feel more twisted and evil and unnatural. So there's of course other animes that make fun of trannies etc, but most don't have the special blend of manliness and 1980s and politically incorrect ideas or "toxic male ideas" about women that City Hunter does. If City Hunter had been made today in the same way it originally was (not toned down or censored), and was popular today, then SJWs and leftists and so forth would be going crazy over it making YouTube videos and writing articles seething about how it hurts their feelings and how it's an example of "toxic gender archetypes" or some nonsense like that.
