3.1 Griefing spawn is more harshly punished. Organized griefing of spawn will be harshly punished.
4. Stealing resources from the bases of players is allowed. Taking items from another player is not allowed outside of pvp, war or without good justification. Stolen resources from bases will not be given back, however any type of revenge will be allowed against the thief.
5. Getting into fights with people and having wars is allowed and encouraged, however players should not be running around killing everyone they see for no reason at all.
